HOW TO ORDER

Our Stonk Knots are individually made to order in the UK and not outsourced, so we do not carry large stocks of products. We prefer to liaise directly with our customers and our purchasing system is simple, efficient and secure.

An auto response will come right back confirming that we have received your message and we will respond personally within 24 hours. Quotation & Lead Times

We will email you with a quotation or pro forma invoice and a delivery estimate. The delivery schedule will depend on the materials ordered and level of work in progress, but most items will be delivered within 2 weeks of ordering.

Carriage

We normally send our Stonk Knots products by Royal Mail using a tracked service which requires a signature on receipt. See below for price list.

We will use a courier service such as UPS for larger parcels, for some deliveries to remote areas in the UK and for international deliveries. In all cases, the delivery cost will be detailed on our quotation. Please get in touch if you need further information.

Payment

BANK TRANSFER

We give a a 2% discount for payments made by bank transfer within the UK. If you wish to pay by this method we will provide our bank details on the quotation.

DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD

You can pay via credit or debit card using Paypal's global secure online payment system. You do not need to have an account with PayPal, and the payment is instant. Paypal account holders can transfer funds directly from their account to ours.

If you wish to pay by this method, an invoice will be sent by email with details of how to pay with your credit or debit card securely online via Paypal.
